BIPICO STEEL FILES are made from “High Carbon Alloy Steel” which gives higher hardness & toughness followed by “Sharp & Aggressive” teeth which will result into fast material removal, better sharpening and long lasting performance. The Files are broadly classified in three cut types as Bastard Cut, Second Cut and Smooth Cut. Basically Bastard Cut Files are used for fast material removal, Second Cut & Smooth Cut Files are used for sharpening and for smoothening the surface. Engineering Files are used in engineering , automobile industries, workshops and other mechanical works. Agro Files are generally used by farmers, tool industries and other sharpening purposes. Saw Files are used to sharpen the Machetes, Bandsaw, Circular Saw, General Purpose Saw and mostly by carpenters. The File is inspected and tested individually on different quality parameters with match International Standards in all respects to conform the consistent performance and assured for best quality to meet customer’s expectations.
